CIV Team draws a name every month for a $100 Gift Certificate to Amazon.com from a one month pool of applicants who successfully completed our survey.
CIV Team will contact the winners as to how they will receive their gift certificates.
CIV Team will draw a name on the first of the month from the previous month's survey responders. This survey will be used for internal purposes in order to improve the quality of service to future ROTC applicants. Your information will not be shared with any third parties and will remain confidential.
